About this role

Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Head of Capital Management & Planning, reporting directly to the Corporate Treasurer. This highly visible executive role is responsible for leading the Bank's enterprise-wide capital management framework, capital planning activities, and capital adequacy processes for a Category III banking organization. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of capital strategies that support the Bank's financial strength, growth objectives, regulatory compliance, and shareholder value creation. The role provides leadership across capital management, capital forecasting and analytics, and enterprise stress testing while serving as a key advisor to senior management on capital-related decisions.…
