Description Summary: The Treasury Management Strategy & Execution Manager supports execution of Treasury Management strategic initiatives, specifically with initiative rollouts for the Sales team supporting CRB (Consumer and Regional Banking). Partners with Sales Managers to define tools, reporting and processes to help colleagues meet their sales goals and align on strategic plans. Drives continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen sales discipline and processes. Leverages market information and internal data to identify transformation opportunities and sales improvement areas. Prepares materials to demonstrate Sales performance and progress.
