Job Description : Senior Business Performance Analyst Role Overview: To support the EMEAI region of Advanced Materials, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Performance Analyst based at our GBS in Krakow. This is not a traditional reporting role. You’ll combine finance, business insight and technology to understand what drives revenue, profitability, customer and order-book performance, and translate those insights into actions that improve business performance. Working closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and regional leadership, you’ll challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and use tools such as Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics, Alteryx, automation and AI to make finance more insightful, forward-looking and impactful.…
