About this role

POSITION PURPOSE Under supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nursing Director plans, implements, directs and evaluates the care for the Cath Lab. Responsible for establishing the vision, direction, and development of the Cardiovascular service line. This encompasses strategies, programs, processes and procedures, including measures of success, which are aligned with the organization’s strategic direction and result in continual growth and development of the programs. Coordinates the delivery of patient services; creates and maintains an environment conducive to learning. Provides for the development and evaluation of staff. Serves as a patient advocate within the health care system.…
