POSITION PURPOSE Under general supervision of the Director, the Manager assists in coordinating participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement. This leadership role mentors, provides guidance, clinical expertise, and functional direction to members of the health care team while optimizing available resources to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Provides patient care coordination, staff education and competency validation, and organization of quality/performance improvement activities.
