Office Assistant This is an excellent entry point into a career in office administration, people operations, and executive support. You will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of business functions, supported by structured training and close exposure to senior team members. Reporting to the People/Office Manager and the EA to the President of Hybrid, you will support the wider management team across a range of tasks including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting hospitality, and general office support.
