Associate Client Service Manager - Employee Benefits

The Opportunity: Provide support to clients for an assigned book of business in the Columbus market. In this role, the incumbent will collaborate with internal resources as needed to ensure client needs are producing a positive experience and client retention. The book of business may vary based on the complexity and number of accounts in the book. In This Role You Will Execute On: With guidance, serve as the primary service contact to clients for a low to moderately complex assigned book of business. This includes oversight of all client servicing needs, team engagement, responsiveness, deadlines and escalation needs.
