Health Strategies Practice Leader

The Opportunity: The Health Strategies Practice Leader drives Hylant’s well-being programs and strategies to ensure client offerings and internal expertise enable effective health strategy development for Hylant clients, focused on improving the lives of client employees and their families. The Health Strategies Practice Leader will also work with other Benefits Practice Resources to develop wholistic approaches to population health management, cost containment, and ensure a data driven approach to health strategies for clients.
