About this role

The Support & Operations Engineer (ePTO) provides technical leadership and drives continuous improvement of infrastructure, tooling, and support processes to ensure reliable global delivery of digital products, with a primary focus on ePTO. You will collaborate closely with the ePTO team (Product Manager, System Engineers), regional support teams, development teams, and business units to ensure high availability, strong service quality, and effective incident management. You will also support the global rollouts, assist with customer field tests, and resolve region-reported issues. Success in this role requires good IT & electronics understanding, strong communication, structured problem-solving, sound decision-making, and a hands-on, customer-focused mindset.…
