Ibotta is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position will be responsible for the administration of sales compensation across all of Ibotta’s client-facing sales employees. You will be collaborating with the Sales, Finance, and HR teams to maintain and enhance the sales variable processes and insights. You will be a key partner helping to ensure Ibotta’s evolving business runs smoothly through the flawless application of operational rigor and process improvement.
