Role Overview The Assistant Compliance Manager will support the Compliance Manager in maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance and audit readiness across the business. This role will have a strong people-management and operational compliance focus , with responsibility for managing Team Leaders and their teams, overseeing compliance processes, supporting audits, conducting risk assessments and ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed.
