Role Overview
Position: Finance Executive
Location: Noida, UP. (ON-SITE)
Shift timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Preferred experience: 1–2 years minimum in payroll/Accounts.
Experience in US payroll is strongly preferred; however, candidates with strong experience may also be considered.
Strong working knowledge of advanced Excel, especially formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
Ability to prepare and reconcile payroll-related reports, including contractual margin reporting and other monthly reconciliations.
Comfortable handling payroll queries, complaints, and discrepancy resolution with employees/nurses.
Strong communication skills and confidence in explaining payroll calculations and wage-related queries.…
