About this role

ICON is seeking a Director of Construction for Military Construction (MILCON) Projects. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of all MILCON construction projects. This includes program performance, from pre-construction strategy through project closeout, across multiple concurrent projects serving a variety of Department of War customers and government agencies nationwide. The ideal candidate is a deeply experienced, highly autonomous construction leader who brings command-level judgment, strategic clarity, and hands-on technical leadership to a complex, fast-moving federal construction program.
