About this role

ICON is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner II to serve as the primary TA partner to leadership in our corporate and operations functions as well as owning assigned leadership searches across the business . In this role, you will design and manage searches across Finance, Legal, People, Executive and Operations with a focus on building talent-density in addition to owning executive and senior leadership searches throughout the organization. You will be a trusted partner to business leadership and the HRBP function in org planning, scoping search criteria, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and leveraging external resources.
