About this role

ICON is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as the primary TA partner to leadership and own core functions across the business. In this role, you will design and manage searches across Technology Sales, Customer Success, Batch Plant Operations, Logistics, and Field Engineering with a focus on building a talent-dense organization. You will be a trusted partner to business leadership and the HRBP function in org planning, scoping search criteria, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and leveraging external resources. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep experience owning searches at the senior leadership level.
