This role partners across Human Capital and business teams to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions that enhance the employee experience and strengthen organizational infrastructure. This role sits within our Corporate Human Capital team, which is responsible for shaping ICONIQ’s people strategy, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness globally.
