OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO Atender reportes e incidentes de tecnología en sitio para diversas cuentas asignadas, asegurando una atención profesional, oportuna y eficiente, cumpliendo con los procedimientos establecidos y los niveles de servicio requeridos por cada proyecto.
