Job Summary** The Henhouse Operator at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's PS Bandar Masilam 3 facility is responsible for the daily care and management of poultry within the henhouse, ensuring optimal environmental conditions and health to maximize productivity and welfare. Job Responsibilities** * Perform daily inspection of poultry for signs of illness, injury, or distress, and report findings to supervisors. * Monitor and adjust ventilation, temperature, and humidity within the henhouse to maintain optimal environmental conditions. * Ensure consistent and adequate supply of feed and water to all birds, and monitor consumption levels. * Collect and record egg production data, including quantity, quality, and abnormalities.…
