Supervise daily Parent Stock farm activities to ensure work is executed according to plans and SOPs. Monitor flock conditions and basic performance indicators, including egg production, mortality, and feed usage. Ensure compliance with biosecurity, animal welfare, safety, and hygiene standards. Coordinate and guide farm workers to ensure proper handling, feeding, and care of Parent Stock. Report operational issues, health concerns, and performance deviations to senior supervisors or managers. Maintain accurate daily records and support routine reporting requirements.
