The Role: What to expect Als Werkstudent im Customer-Experience-Bereich unterstützt du bei der Betreuung unserer Endkunden während der operativen Phase. Zum Team gehören das technische Support-Team , das Aftersales-Team sowie das Field Service Engineering/Technical Trainer-Team . Du bekommst Einblicke in Themen wie Ersatzteilmanagement und Lizenzmodelle und kannst gleichzeitig praktisch mit unseren Robotern arbeiten. Role Responsibilities: What you will do Du erstellst Angebote und Bestellungen für unser Ersatzteilgeschäft und sorgst so dafür, dass unsere Kunden rundum versorgt sind. Du unterstützt bei der Koordination und Planung von Trainings und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden optimal geschult werden.…
