IDEXX is growing rapidly, and our New Product Development team is seeking an Associate Scientist for the Assay Design & Development group. Why this role matters: The Scientist Associate will support the design, development, and characterization of new products and reagent processes, working alongside a scientifically diverse team with expertise in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, molecular biology, and protein expression and purification. In this role, you will: You will independently design, execute, and troubleshoot multi-variable laboratory experiments, and communicate findings to the team. You will perform laboratory testing, characterization, and validation of reagents and final products. You will analyze experimental data and provide recommendations based on scientific findings.…
