About this role

As a Human Resources People Operations Specialist you will be a trusted partner in recruitment, I-9 compliance, and employee onboarding. You will work across departments to research and resolve questions and issues and you will help shape how we work to make things better. This is a hybrid role - on-site in Westbrook on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week Why this role matters: This role plays a key part in keeping employee data accurate, compliant, and reliable. Your work ensures that transactions, I-9 records, and recruitment documentation are handled correctly, and confidentially, which protects both the company and the people it employs.
