About this role

As an Immigration and Global Mobility (GM) Specialist , you will advise IDEXX leaders and the HR community on international moves, immigration compliance, and mobility policy. This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Westbrook, Maine headquarters. The HR Global Payroll and Mobility team manages the policies, processes, and vendor relationships that support IDEXX employees moving across borders. You will join an established team and work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and Advisors, Total Rewards, People Operations, Payroll, Finance, and Legal, as well as external immigration, tax, and relocation providers, to strategize and enhance our GM function while providing exceptional customer experience.…
