We are looking for a driven and innovative Senior Specialist, HR Automation & AI to join our HR Operations & Technology PMO aligned team. In this role, you will help transform how HR work gets done by applying process redesign, automation, and AI to core HR processes. You will work hands-on to map and analyze current HR processes, identify high value automation and AI opportunities, and design intelligent workflows and agents that improve efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience.
