About this role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Integrity, you will deliver exceptional talent management and candidate experiences by strategic sourcing and assessment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, and relationship driven. Your main responsibility will be to focus on full-cycle recruiting for sales and sales support positions across the organization while partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Director. Core Responsibilities Proactively identify, engage, and source candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
