About the Role
IEX is looking for a Head of SRE, Cross-Asset to lead our SRE organization as we scale our Equities business and launch Options.
We’re looking for a deeply technical, intellectually curious leader and change agent who can challenge the status quo, develop strong teams and technical leaders, and evolve how we approach reliability across our trading platforms.
This person will be responsible for the reliability and operational excellence of our production environments while helping define a scalable SRE model across asset classes. Direct exchange experience is a plus, but we are open to leaders who have owned sophisticated large-scale, complex, production engineering environments.…
