Job Summary Are you passionate about transforming innovative chemistry into scalable industrial processes? Join our Process R&D team in Kantvik and play a key role in developing next-generation biomaterials, health products, and sustainable technologies through hands-on laboratory and pilot-scale experimentation! In this role, you will play a key role in developing and scaling innovative processes for biomolecules, biomaterials, and health-related products within IFF's global Health & Biosciences organization. This is a highly hands-on position where you will spend a significant portion of your time designing, executing, and evaluating laboratory and pilot-scale experiments while collaborating with cross-functional teams across R&D and manufacturing.…
