About the Role Igloo is expanding its product engine and establishing a dedicated Tech Solutions hub in Pune. We are looking for a hands-on Lead Solutions Architect & Site Lead to drive platform architecture, govern technical design, and manage our multidisciplinary engineering organization in India. In this dual-impact role, you will balance deep technical ownership—reviewing architecture, guiding system design, and auditing code—with people leadership across Engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE, and Integration teams.
