About this role

Ignite IT is seeking a Junior IT Asset Management Technician to support the daily operations of an enterprise IT Asset Management program. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, tracking, issuing, inventorying, relocating, and disposing of government-owned IT equipment while maintaining accurate asset records in ServiceNow (SNOW). The ideal candidate has experience managing the full IT asset lifecycle, maintaining inventory accountability, and providing excellent customer service in a structured, process-driven environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple IT teams while ensuring the accuracy and accountability of enterprise IT assets. Requirements U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a High Public Trust clearance.…
