HR Generalist, Employee Relations

Primary Responsibilities: Employee Relations Provide hands-on employee relations support across the Mass Market South and Canada business unit. Coach leaders through employee performance, conduct, attendance, conflict, policy violations, and other workplace concerns. Conduct objective and thorough workplace investigations, including employee interviews, fact gathering, documentation, analysis, and recommendations. Partner with leaders to develop appropriate action plans and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns. Support corrective action processes, including coaching, written warnings, performance improvement plans, and employment separations.
