Job Summary As Residential Solar Service Partner, Resi Solar Monitoring & Service , you will play a key role in leading a team that assists with the maintenance and repairs of our residential solar portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving maintenance issues, managing service invoices, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, contractors, and customers. This role directly contributes to IGS’s goal of scaling our Residential Solar business quickly and efficiently. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate scheduling for maintenance requests by collaborating with external service teams and IGS’s Customer Operations team.
