About this role

Job Summary: The Director of UX will be responsible for shaping and driving the overall user experience vision at iHerb. This leader will build and scale a high-performing UX design team, partner with product, CX and cross functional stakeholders, and champion customer-first design across all digital touchpoints. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on design leadership, with a focus on delivering intuitive, delightful, and accessible experiences for millions of global customers.
