HR Business Partner – Strategic Projects, Programmes & Change

Responsibilities As an HR Business Partner you will provide HR support to the Cork site, with responsibility for employee relations, change management, internal communications and local people priorities. In addition, this position will lead and coordinate global and regional initiatives, organise and deliver global events, and work collaboratively with stakeholders across HR, business functions and geographies to ensure effective execution and sustainable outcomes. This position is initially being offered for a period of 12 months, either on a fixed-term contract or on a consultancy basis.
