Paid Media Associate

ILIA is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Associate with a strong analytical mindset and a creative eye for performance ads. This role will partner closely with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure seamless campaign execution, strong cross-functional alignment, and continuous performance improvement across channels. You will play a critical role in bringing strategy to life, owning executional workflows, supporting testing initiatives, and ensuring campaigns, creative, and landing experiences are delivered with precision and speed. This role is remote eligible.
