Opportunity About the role You will serve as IFED's formally delegated Empowered Official and Technology Control Officer, the named individual accountable for the Technology Control Plan under DCSA FOCI-mitigation requirements and for the full ITAR and EAR compliance posture across IFED operations. IFED (ILIAS Federal Solutions, Inc.), the U.S. entity of ILIAS Solutions and part of the Patria Group, operates under a DCSA FOCI-mitigation agreement that requires one named authority who can attest to the TCP and answer directly to the Board's Government Security Committee. The TCP, the access decisions on ITAR-controlled data, and the annual program reports carry your signature , this is not an advisory function, it is the seat of record.…
