Job Summary: Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, monitors all of the production procedures and parameters to ensure that established quality, safety and legal standards of food products are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Checks and documents specific data corresponding to assigned product line (crust, topping, USDA.) Examines dough temperature for accuracy and ensures that it is recorded by the dough mixer. Checks and documents that the metal detector is correct and recorded by the packer. Monitors the end of the production line to ensure finished product weight and proper identification is printed on product shippers. Conducts product evaluations in the laboratory.…
