Job Description: SUMMARY The Industrial Electrical Technician I supports the assembly and testing of electrical panels, harnesses, and cable assemblies by following established drawings, work instructions, and safety standards. This role focuses on accurate component staging, wiring, termination, basic testing, and documentation while maintaining quality, organization, and EHS requirements. The technician works under direct supervision on de-energized equipment only, participates in training, and contributes to team communication and continuous improvement efforts.
