Job Description: Responsibilities: The 80: Manage Maintenance Department to maximize performance while minimizing costs Partner with EHS Manager for site safety culture improvement initiatives and requirements. Ensure the highest levels of safety are in place within the Maintenance Department, incorporating safety in processes and procedures. Develop and maintain Job Hazard Analyses for routine maintenance procedures Prepare the annual budget and quarterly estimates for maintenance expenses. Manage maintenance expenses within the budget per plan. Analyze key Maintenance Department areas of improvement and develop sustainable improvement plans to support Houston’s manufacturing operations.…
