Job Description: Coordinate with Packing and Outside Processing to ensure orders are shipped on time. Communicate with Customer Service, Quality, and other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements as outlined on pick sheet. Prepare incoming product from packing for daily shipment and ship outgoing materials, products or supplies. Verify items to be shipped and check against picking lists, recording all pertinent information (quantities, cartons, lot numbers, etc.). Notify proper personnel of discrepancies. Strap and stretch wrap cartons to pallets in preparation for shipment. Label with proper address labels, including special labels, when required. Apply proper documents to shipments, including export paperwork if required.…
