Job Description: SUMMARY The Quality Manager is a hands-on quality leader supporting the Tucker manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for maintaining AS9100 certification, strengthening quality systems and lab capability, partnering closely with Operations to prevent recurring issues, and improving training and technical knowledge across Quality and Operations. The position offers high visibility as the site refreshes the LPS Max product line and continues cultural change with new Operations leadership.
