About this role

Job Description: Position Summary: The Standard Products Engineer is responsible for supporting a high standard of performance, quality, and efficiency for current products through design and analysis of components using various engineering methods, testing and inspection. The engineer will focus on developing and/or executing solutions for product efficiency improvements, troubleshooting product performance issues, and implementing corrective actions at the Global Tool Unit’s (GTU) Libertyville and Lake Forest locations. Core Responsibilities: Participate as a member of the GTU’s Standard Products Engineering team. Identify design and efficiency gaps in the GTU’s parts, products and processes. Recommend and implement improvements with a focus on mechanical sub-system design.…
