Our Personal Lines Division is currently seeking a Senior Training and Development Specialist whose primary role is to lead the training, development and coaching program for our new hires and service team members. Our training program aims to maximize team potential, client service quality, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance. You will be an expert in the topics and workflows being trained on and will articulate and reinforce department standards. The T&D Specialist will track new hire training progress, monitoring work and performance in areas of product, sales, workflow, teamwork and customer service and will provide coaching in areas requiring additional focus towards success.…
