Role description The Client Manager oversees a dedicated book of business comprised primarily of lower-complexity clients, delivering consistent service and lifecycle support. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinates with internal teams, and ensures service expectations, compliance requirements, and documentation standards are met throughout the client relationship.
