About this role
About manufacturing company Steel fabrication company needs a Manufacturing Engineer to coordinate activities including systems fabrication, tooling, welding, robotics, and mechanical assembly. Will provide engineering support to improve product quality and reduce production costs. Work on plant layout and process improvement projects. Will work on automation or robotics projects. Must have some ability to write control logic for PLC’s and CNC control. Conducts studies to maximize workflow and process utilization. Ensures that product designs, documentation, and assembly instructions are accurate, maintained and effective. Develops work instructions, designs assembly fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.…
