About this role
IMC is seeking a Representative Director to hold statutory office for its Korean entity and to lead the operation of the business in Seoul. The role carries the statutory duties of a Representative Director under the Commercial Act, together with the regulatory obligations attaching to the firm’s licence and to its allocation under the Responsibilities Map regime. It also carries day-to-day accountability for how the Seoul business is run: its controls, its governance, its regulatory relationships and its operational standards. IMC Korea appoints two joint Representative Directors. The second appointee is the firm’s Head of Asia Pacific, based in Sydney. Joint appointment means execution requires both signatures.
