Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to work directly with IPT's Founder and President. The person in this role makes everything else possible. You'll own the calendar end-to-end and know it better than he does. You'll triage the inbox every day, flag what needs him, and handle what doesn't.
