About this role
The Shared Services Controller is responsible for leading the activities within the Mexico Shared Services Center. This role ensures accurate and timely execution of finance and accounting processes, which include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Billing. This include related oversight with a continuous improvement of operations supporting multiple divisions. The ideal candidate is a strategic finance leader with strong technical accounting expertise, experience managing shared service operations, strong verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a multinational environment.
