About this role

Are you ready to start your career in management consulting? At Implement Consulting Group, we’re looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our Operations teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028. What you’ll do As a graduate in our Operations business area, you’ll work across a wide range of operational challenges, including business transformation, operations strategy, process design, supply chain strategy, and digital enablement. Some projects focus on defining how organisations should operate in the future, while others centre on improving or redesigning day to day operations.
