About this role

The Expert ICS Digital Enablement plays a key role in advancing the digital maturity and automation agenda of the Global ICS organization. This position is responsible for identifying manual workarounds and inefficient, manually-driven processes across all Global ICS pillars (Governance, Strategy & Transformation, Operational Excellence, Global Business Process Testing, and Global IT Strategy & Testing) and translating them into actionable automation opportunities. The role acts as the primary interface and sparring partner between the Global ICS function and the Automation team, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and correctly reflected in the design and development of automation solutions for highly manual, repetitive processes.…
