As a Population Health Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, you will focus on the operational effectiveness of our Population Health programs. The ideal candidate balances long-term strategic thinking with deep operational expertise and is motivated by execution. Think of this role as the key operating partner for our Population Health businesses - you will lead team meetings, drive focus around key priorities, track daily and weekly metrics of business performance, and drop in deep across the team on key initiatives.
